新学期开始了,本学期根据学校的统一要求,结合本班实际情况,

特制定如下班主任工作计划。

一、指导思想以学校总体工作计划为指导,以深入开展素质教

育和创新教育为目标,围绕学校主题教育活动,提高学生的思想素质

和科学文化素质、以爱国主义教育为主线,以学生的行为习惯的养成

为主要内容,注意培养和提高学生的基本道德。上好每一堂课,规范

班级日常管理工作,开展丰富而有意义的少先队活动,实施切实有效

的学生心理健康教育。努力探索班级工作的新特色。

二、本班学生现状分析五年级共有学生 36 人,其中男生 19 人,

女生 17 人。大部分学生来自周边各个村,在个性、学习习惯等方面

都存在很大的差异,具体情况分析如下:

品德方面

本班学生热爱学校、班集体,团结上进、思想端正、遵守纪律、

尊敬师长、热爱劳动。能按照《小学生守则》来规范自己的言行。但

由于种种的原因,部分学生身上仍存在着以自我为中心,纪律观念淡

薄等现象,可以通过集体教育来转化。

学习方面

本班学生热爱学习,有良好的学习习惯。上课专心听讲,发言

积极,作业美观大方。但还是有少数学生学习习惯不好,上课不能集

中注意力听讲,粗心大意,字写的不好。书写格式不规范。需要进行

身体素质

本班大多数学生的体质较好,热衷于体育活动;有少数学生体质

较弱,易得感冒等传染性疾病。学生平时体育锻炼较少,需加强体育

锻炼。

班级形成情况

班内学生来自农村。家长均是农民。家长能支持老师的工作,但

不重视家庭教育,希望与教师积极配合,共同教育好孩子。

班级特点

本班学生爱学习、守纪律。男生活泼、好动,爱表现;女生文静、

可爱,不爱张扬。总的来说,班级特点比较稳,但稳中有活。学习生

活有点懒散。

三、常规管理措施

1、学习方面为使学生在学习上形成你追我赶的良好风气,同时

针对五年级学生的年龄特点,制定以下措施:

(1)建立健全评比制度,班里建立全方位量化评比栏。学生在

某一方面表现好就可以把学生照片贴上去进行表扬,随着照片数的增

加,表明学生在各方面都有显著的提高。这样,学生一学期的整体表

现情况可一目了然。另外,班里还将定期评选“优秀小组”,对每个

小组的学习、纪律、卫生情况进行评比,鼓励学生团结合作,培养集

体荣誉感。

努力,才能取得好成绩,这一方法培养了同学们的团结协作精神,也

是转化后进生的一条有效途径。四人小组的组长不是终身制,而是竞

争上岗,谁的奖章多谁就担任,如果下一次评比你超过了组长,那就

可以取而代之,这也培养了学生的竞争意识。

2、文明行为方面为进一步规范学生的行为,让学生的日常行为

也参与评比,具体做法如下:

(1)学生在到校、课堂上、课间、两操、放学等方面表现好的

发奖卡,不好的适当减奖卡,由每组的组长记录。

(2)定期对学生进行“十个道德行为”的教育。

(3)利用“优秀小组”的评比,要求小组中的每一位组员都要

规范自己的行为,齐心合力才能成为“优秀小组”。

3、卫生方面通过四年的锻炼,学生能够打扫卫生,但不够认真

仔细,为此我将采取以下措施:

(1)进一步对卫生小组长进行培训,指导他们如何分工,责任

到人,增强小组意识,起到模范带头作用。

(2)卫生委员和每天的环境小卫士分工明确,把教室内外检查

整理干净,警告卫生习惯不良的同学,做好记录。有大问题及时向老

师汇报。

(3)利用上午间操的时间,由卫生委员检查个人卫生。

(4)综合各方面表现,结合卫生委员的记录,每周评选一次“卫

生之星”。
